Flow Legal starts by scanning your website to build a picture of your business and product. It then fills in any gaps by asking you a few questions through chat.
To make discovery even easier, you can connect the GitHub Agent. It analyses your code to understand what your product actually does and can build a detailed product overview in minutes.

There’s no lengthy onboarding process. You can start for free and add more information as you go. Plus, you can send any document for signature under our free plan!
Our current focus is the legal documents technology companies need to launch, sell and protect their products.
This includes customer-facing documents such as Terms of Use, Privacy Notices, SaaS Agreements and Data Processing Addendums, as well as documents that help protect your business and IP, including NDAs, Advisor Agreements and IP Assignments.

When something relevant changes, Flow Legal identifies the legal impact and can prepare the necessary updates to your documents.

Yes. We designed the GitHub Agent with security and confidentiality in mind.
- Read-only access. Flow Legal can analyse your code, but cannot change or push anything to your repositories.
- You control what we analyse. You choose which repositories and branches Flow Legal can access.
- We don't copy your entire codebase. Code is processed temporarily, and we only retain limited relevant fragments where needed to support ongoing monitoring.
- Minimal data retention. For AI analysis, we retain the resulting insights, limited metadata and audit records rather than your full source code.
- Zero-data-retention AI processing. Our LLM providers are configured with zero-data-retention policies so your code is not used to train their models.
